Welcome to Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Wodonga
Our aesthetically pleasing natural environments have been thoughtfully designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, exploration, and a connection with nature. Children are provided with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces that support play-based learning, independence, and a sense of belonging.
One of our greatest strengths is our dedicated team of long-term educators. Our experienced educators are passionate, knowledgeable, and committed to building strong, meaningful relationships with every child and family. Through their nurturing approach and extensive understanding of child development, they create environments where children can thrive, grow in confidence, and reach their full potential.
Community connection is at the heart of what we do. We believe children learn best when they are actively engaged with the world around them. Through daily community involvement and meaningful partnerships with local organisations, businesses, and services, children develop a strong sense of identity, belonging, and responsibility. We are also passionate about giving back to our community and providing opportunities for children to participate in experiences that foster kindness, empathy, and social awareness.
We look forward to welcoming your family and becoming part of your child’s learning journey.
Hi, I’m Ellie, and I have been the Service Manager at Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Wodonga since early 2015. One of the things I enjoy most about my role is guiding and mentoring our team, supporting them to grow in confidence and provide warm, nurturing care for every child. Throughout my time here, I have been lucky enough to meet so many wonderful children and families, and it is a privilege to be part of their early learning journey.
As a mother to two beautiful boys, I understand how important it is to find childcare where you feel comfortable, supported and confident that your child is in caring hands. I know quality care makes a difference for working families, and I value building strong relationships with parents so we can work together to support their children.
I believe every child deserves the freedom to explore, follow their interests and develop their own personality. Creating a welcoming environment where children feel safe to try new things, express themselves and learn at their own pace is an important part of helping them grow into confident, independent individuals. It is lovely to see their personalities shine and celebrate the little achievements that mean so much along the way.
Outside of work, my family and I enjoy speedway racing around the local area and heading off on adventures together. Spending time with my boys reminds me how much joy and discovery there is in childhood, and how special it is to share those moments.
I look forward to getting to know your family and helping your child feel at home here at Bright Horizons Wodonga.
