Childers – also known as the home to Festival of Cultures is a rural town set upon hectares of sugar cane fields, rich farmland and a wide variety of differing cultures.
Here at Bright horizons Australia Childcare Childers, we believe that each child is an individual with unique interests, strengths and abilities. We strive to provide a caring,
nurturing healthy environment in which all children can develop knowledgeable and confident self identities.
Our Wellness Program is designed with a holistic perspective, ensuring that every child’s learning journey is nurtured and supported. This approach is attentive and responsive to the unique needs and interests of all children, encouraging them to develop their passions, engage in learning through play, and explore real-life situations as part of their growth.
At Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Childers, we recognize the environment as the third teacher in a child’s learning journey. We thoughtfully design natural learning environments that provide children with access to a wide range of equipment and resources carefully selected to align with their developmental stages and interests.
We look forward to welcoming your family and becoming part of your child’s learning journey.
Hello, my name is Carolyn, and I am the Service Manager at Bright Horizons Childers. I have been fortunate to work in the early childhood education and care industry for 21 years, including 9 years as Service Manager at Bright Horizons Childers. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for creating nurturing, safe and secure environments where children feel valued, supported and confident to learn and grow.
Building positive and trusting relationships with children, families and educators is at the heart of what I do. I believe that every child is unique and deserves to feel a strong sense of belonging, connection and security. It is incredibly rewarding to watch children develop new skills, discover their interests, build friendships and grow into confident, capable and independent little individuals. Supporting families throughout their child’s early years and being part of those important milestones is something I truly value.
As a Service Manager, I am committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where families feel comfortable, respected and confident that their children are receiving the highest level of care. I also enjoy supporting and working alongside our educators, fostering a positive team culture and helping create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Outside of work, family is very important to me. I love spending quality time with my family, whether we are relaxing at home, baking sourdough, or heading off on adventures in our caravan.
I feel very privileged to be part of the Bright Horizons Childers community and look forward to getting to know our children, families and educators and sharing in the many special moments and milestones along the way.
