Bright Horizons Wongaling is proudly located 100 metres from the beach front and is surrounded by the beautiful rainforests and wildlife. We are a warm and welcoming service caring for children from 15 months to 6years across two thoughtfully designed rooms.
At Bright Horizons Wongaling, we believe our service is more than a place for children to learn—it is a community where children, families and educators can feel like part of one big family. Our caring and qualified educators take the time to get to know each child and build genuine, trusting relationships with their families.
Our play-based learning program is guided by Early Learning Years Frame Work and thoughtfully developed around each child’s interests, strengths, culture and individual learning needs. Through engaging experiences, children are supported to build confidence, develop meaningful relationships and explore the world around them.
Our nature based indoor and outdoor environments provide opportunities for children to create, discover, imagine and learn through play.
Families at our service also benefit from our Out & About program and Fitness program. Through excursions, community visits, and partnerships, we help children build meaningful connections with their wider community.

My name is Toni, and I have worked in the childcare industry for over 25 years. Throughout this time, I have seen how important the first five years are in shaping a child’s confidence, curiosity and love of learning. I am passionate about nurturing each child’s development and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported and encouraged to explore, giving them the best possible start in life.
I believe every child brings their own personality, strengths and interests, and deserves to feel valued for who they are. Taking the time to build meaningful relationships helps us understand each child and support them as they learn, grow and discover the world around them.
For me, connections with nature, the land, families and the wider community are an essential part of childhood. These connections create a sense of belonging and offer opportunities for children to explore, ask questions and develop respect for others and their environment. Working closely with families also helps us create a supportive experience that reflects what matters most to each child.
These values are at the heart of our service and the way we spend our days together. We laugh, play, celebrate little achievements and support one another through challenges. There is so much joy in sharing these moments with the children and our team that coming to work can feel like a holiday. It is a place where we have fun together, build lasting connections and help every child flourish.
